Greenstream AHU Maintenance Ltdu are able to clean ductwork in all sizes of buildings in accordance with BS EN 15780 and HTM 03-01. Our skilled engineers can also carry out AHU maintenance and kitchen extraction cleaning too, if your business requires it. A variety of techniques is used when cleaning ductwork including air jetting, rotary brushing and traditional hand cleaning. On completion of cleaning, we will provide you with a detailed report including photographic evidence and a certificate of cleanliness.

Ductwork Pressure Testing

Greenstream AHU Maintenance Ltd uses the latest technology to carry out ductwork pressure testing for systems in London and across the south of England. Having your ductwork system check for any leakages means that air ventilation and cooling systems can be designed accordingly. This makes sure energy costs are minimised. Using guidance from BESA DW143 we will conduct leakage testing under positive pressure which will allow any leaks to be detected.
